5 employees recently got Corona. I wonder why? None of the staff were wearing masks. On top off them wearing no mask, the employees were super rude. I will not be coming back until this pandemic is over with and the staff are properly trained. I’m in shock.

It's a drive in! Drive in and enjoy.

Good old fashion ice cream stand with car window service. It is a tad pricey but definitely brings back some memories.

The Kiltie Drive-In brings back so many memories of classic 60's drive-in restaurants. I would have to say the quality of the food, as well as the service is top notch. My wife had the shrimp dinner, and I had a Brat and onion rings. My wife's shrimp dinner was delicious and filling. I forgot to order condiments for my Brat, but it was delicious anyway! The onion rings were crispy and very tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive.This was our wedding anniversary dinner (43rd). The couple next to us were also celebrating their anniversary. We definitely had a good time.

Returned this season (covid season) for dinner and ice cream. After a social media post threatening to shut back down due to patrons not social distancing enough, I was extremely surprised to find none of the waitresses wearing masks. And even more annoyed to have my waitress literally hanging IN my truck window 6" from my face. I'm sure we'll still return the once every few years we make it out for circus sundaes. Just shocked at the hypocrisy.

This place is great if you love COVID-19. I heard the owner worships satan.

Took the girls fona twisty cone. Brought fun memories of the old A&W roller skate days. Cone was refreshing and service was perfect.

Changing my review because I don’t feel they are being prudent or safe with Covid. I won’t be going back anytime soon, no matter how much I like the custard.

Dear future litigants. This business knows it has employees that have tested positive while continuing to stay open putting patrons and staff in danger. A malpractice in safety and moral business stewardship.

Entire staff had no masks on! Will never go back! Also read an article stating that they had positive cases and never closed down. Sounds like the owner has no respect for patrons or employees

Onion rings and ice cream are outstanding.

Come for the drive in experience and the ice cream only. The burgers are... terrible. No one wanted to complain while we were eating them but after we left everyone agreed. For $4 the 'meat' was like a slab of gray boiled something pounded with a meat tenderizer for texture. On top of it, the bun was cold, definitely not grilled or toasted. Ugh. You'd be better off getting one at McD first and bringing it with you. Then get your fries at Kiltie. Those are good. Similar to Culver's...a bit thicker. Fluffy inside and crispy outside. One size, $2.50 and two people could share as they are a decent size. The ice cream is good... very creamy, somewhat like custard texture but none of the custard flavor. Also it's cash only so come prepared. For 3 people we spent over $45 which included the tip. Definitely only coming here for ice cream if I decide to come at all again.

Very rude when asking questions about the menu. Only cash and no splitting payments for group orders. Food was less than average. I would rather get a burger from nearly anywhere else.

Just a great place, drive in was completely packed, still got fast and friendly service and delicious sundaes, flurries and shakes. We can see why it is so popular. Will be back to try the food.

What a neat Drive-In! Great service. Reasonable prices and great food. Eat in your car or find a table outside. Just remember - It's CASH ONLY. So stop at the ATM before you visit. We had a great experience.

5 employees tested positive for Covid 19 and they continued with "business as usual."They don't care about their employees or customers. Avoid like the plague.

The fact some employees don't wear masks concerns me sometimes in this day and age but overall I love this place. Staff is friendly, food and ice cream are great.

Visited the area from Alabama and was told this place was a must go to.. I was very pleased!! The selection of food, ice cream (custard) was wonderful! Was told the kilty burger is amazing but didnt get to try it this time.. Hope to be back soon for that. 5 stars for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Burgers were “gray” no flavor. Gross!!! Service was great! Onions rings were just ok. Overpriced!!! Will NOT go back

I love this place. Such a nice vibe to it, and the service has been spot on. Can get a bit pricey and is cash or check only so keep that in mind. Nice weather days and they can fill up quickly!

Tried it a month ago. Food and ice cream are overpriced for what you get. No comparison to the quality at Leon’s in Milwaukee. Moving to Oconomowoc in September 2020 and thought I could find a place closer. One time and done here. Looks like I’ll still be driving to Leon’s.

Great ice cream. Great choices. Impossible to fathom that the fashion of drive from an aeon ago, has stood the test of time and is as fresh as ever. Simple menu. Try the black cow. You won't be disappointed. This coming form someone who has virtually spent years in the vicinity.

Why would I ever patronize this business again? What the owner did to his young employees and customers is unconscionable. Very sad this owner did not do the right and moral thing in dealing with this.

Most fast food can't compare to the old drive in experience

They were jam packed but still the service was amazing. Brats are fantastic as are the onion rings. Definitely recommend.

Best frozen custard in Lake Country. Sadly, it’s a COVID hotspot and the owner never informed the public. No masks are being worn. Even worse, owner is apparently treating employees poorly. Check out the jsonline article about this.

WOW, so I wanted to eat here with my family about two weeks ago, and we called to ask if employees would be wearing masks. The literal reply was "NOPE." Today I found out that they have an outbreak of COVID-19 among their employees. If we ate there, my family could be very sick right now. Usually I like to support the smaller businesses, but now I say just go to Culver's.

Good service, often busy but a fun experience, and great summer tradition. The sundaes are a big, in a good way, just be warned!
